Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated based on our logistics partnerships with DHL for international deliveries. For Metro Manila orders, we use Lalamove Sedan and Transportify Sedan, while orders outside Metro Manila are shipped via LBC. All applicable fees are automatically reflected at checkout and may vary depending on destination, package size, and order weight. We require time to process and prepare all orders before dispatch.

Estimated delivery lead times are as follows:

•⁠ ⁠Metro Manila: 3–5 business days
•⁠ ⁠Outside Metro Manila: 7–10 business days
•⁠ ⁠International: 10–14 business days

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
